Lemon Garlic Tuna Cakes

1 Can Sweet Peas
1/4 C panko crumbs
1 Lemon
1/2 cup plain 2% or nonfat Greek yogurt
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk tuna in water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
