Easy Blueberry Muffins

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt (I used 2% plain, Chobani Greek yogurt)
    • 2 cups blueberries
    • 2 tablespoons flour (for berries)
Topping
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature

Fig Deviled Eggs

So fancy!!Fig-Deviled-Eggs-1-of-1
  • 6 hard cooked eggs, cut in half, yolks and whites separated
  • 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tablespoon fig preserves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small pieces of prosciutto for serving
  • balsamic glaze (store bought or high quality balsamic vinegar, reduced)
