- 1/4 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Sugar Mixture:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Glaze, optional:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
