Cheese Only Taco Shells
Breakfast Pizza
One pan – breakfast win!

1 pound store bought pizza dough
2 tbsp olive oil
5 slices of provolone cheese
1 cup tater tots, fried or baked
4 slices of thick applewood smoked bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
3 slices Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces
3 large eggs
salt and black pepper, to taste
fresh chives, minced, as garnish
fresh thyme leaves, minced, as garnish
Classic Spinach Dip
Spinach dip will please your guests – try this classic recipe. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or like this in a big beer bread bowl – YUM!

- 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
- 3/4 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsps worcestershire sauce
- 3 scallions, diced small
- 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and diced small
- 16 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of all the moisture
