My Fitness Pal Free Calorie Counter

Hey readers– (this is not an advertisement)

I’ve been using the myfitnesspal app on my smart phone for 65 days. I’ve lost 9 pounds the good way – with exercise and diet. If you are interested in getting healthier – check it out HERE

After a brief inputting of your current information (be honest!!) – the app calculates your daily goal. Enter the foods as you eat. When you make foods at home, you can scan the barcodes for easy inputting of your foods. When you go out to eat; enter the restaurant name and choose the items you’ve eaten. Also enter the activities you do. I do some walking and attend some classes at my gym (zumba and body combat occasionally).

After the first few days, you will start thinking ahead of what you should be eating, so you can maintain your goal.

Good luck! -Krisgo
