Sour Cherry Cheddar Bites

So easy to make – try it!

  • 1 box (15 shells) phyllo shells (Athens brand used)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 jar sour cherry jam (Stonewall Kitchen brand used)
  • 2-3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces (or use shredded cheddar cheese)

Pull Apart Garlic Bread

This is a great appetizer; let your guests pull apart the garlic-y goodness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup 8 oz warm water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup 8 oz milk (I used 1%)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 5 1/2 – 6 1/2 cups 1 lb 9 oz – 2 lbs 3 oz bread flour

For Topping:

  • 8 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped (or 4 teaspoons dried)
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
