- mandolin slicer or sharp knife and cutting board

So easy to make – try it!

- 1 box (15 shells) phyllo shells (Athens brand used)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 jar sour cherry jam (Stonewall Kitchen brand used)
- 2-3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces (or use shredded cheddar cheese)

Tots are so fun – try them like this!

- 2 (1-lb) bags frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 (4-oz) can diced jalapenos (optional)
- Sour cream, guacamole, sliced olives, cilantro for topping

- 4 small sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola

This is a great appetizer; let your guests pull apart the garlic-y goodness.

- 1 cup 8 oz warm water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup 8 oz milk (I used 1%)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 5 1/2 – 6 1/2 cups 1 lb 9 oz – 2 lbs 3 oz bread flour
For Topping:
- 8 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped (or 4 teaspoons dried)
- 2 Tablespoon fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
