So simple – why haven’t I seen this before today?!

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons diced pimientos, drained

Genius!!
- 1 Package (8 slices) of Boxed Garlic Toast or Texas Toast
- 1 1/2 Cups Pizza Sauce
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Pepperonis

Easy dinner delight!

- 1 head cauliflower, (to make about 4 cups processed cauliflower)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 c. shredded white Cheddar

With the proper seasoning tilapia can be an inexpensive good choice for dinner!
