For the sauce:
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoon sugar

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 2 medium zucchini, cut into thick half-moon slices
- 2 medium yellow summer squash, cut into thick half-moon slices
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning (see notes)
- salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste
- 4 links (12 oz.) pre-cooked sausage of your choice (see notes)
- 1 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese (more or less to taste)
