Party Drink Fountain

Use a couple of kiddie pools, over-turned buckets, and flat wood cut rounds the size of the bottom of upper pools (as support between bucket and pool). You can even spray paint them to your theme. Add drinks and ice – Neat!

Low carb – niiiiiceee!!

1 tsp liquid sugar free sweetener of choice
Juice of 1/2 a tangerine (about 2 tsp tangerine juice)
1/4 tsp angostura bitters
1 tsp of water
1.5 – 2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 maraschino cherry for garnish (optional – adds 2 net carbs per cherry)
Slice of tangerine peel for garnish

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Latte

MMMMmmmmm goodness in a mug!

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal:

1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree canned
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
3 Tablespoons brown sugar more or less to taste
1/2 cup Oats rolled or even quick cooking
1 1/4 cup milk any type
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Latte:

1/2 cup espresso freshly brewed
1/4 cup milk frothed (any type)

Chocolate Crunch Pumpkin Seeds:

1 cup pumpkin seeds raw unsalted
pinch of salt
3 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

12 oz Rose wine (3/4 cup)
4 Tbsp 100% pomegranate juice
3 Tbsp simple syrup *to make heat 2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp sugar in a saucepan until dissolved and liquid is clear. Remove from heat and let cool.
8 oz lemon sparkling water (1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
handful ice cubes
4 slices fresh lemon
