Marble Tower

So simple and yet so fun and keeps kids engaged. Makes a great individual or pair activity.

  • Take several cardboard tubes. Think: wrapping paper tubes, paper towel tubes & tp tubes
  • Cut some in half or thirds lengthwise for the ramps as in photo. (Painting is optional.)
  • Cut access holes into the longer sturdier ones.
  • Grab some marbles.
  • Give the kids the assorted parts and have them put together their own towers.
  • Make a game out of who can make thier tower to keep a marble going the longest, fastest, shortest, etc..

Puppy Dog Biscuits for People

  • Take your favorite biscuit dough.
  • Shape into flattened rolls. (bottom pic on left)
  • Clip at the sides to make the ears. (center bottom pic)
  • Add raisins for eyes and nose. (bottom right pic)
  • Bake until golden brown per your recipe’s instructions.
  • Let cool.
  • When cool cut a slit into biscuit for mouth, being careful not to cut all the way across.
  • Add a cooked hot dog or sausage into mouth of dog along with some mustard or relish.
  • So cute for an animal themed party!
