Fill 2 cups with water, add blue dye to one cup and yellow dye to the other. Put an empty cup in between them. Roll 2 paper towels. Place the end of one towel into the blue dye and one end of the other towel in the yellow dye. Bend both the towels and put the loose ends into the empty cup and watch the magic happen. As the colored water is absorbed in the towel it makes its way up and then into the empty cup. The blue and yellow food dyes combine making green water. via

House in Your Hallway
Use an old sheet and or fabric and tension rods to create this cut hallway tent! great idea via
Climbing Wall Idea
THIS FAMILY had the awesome idea to install a rock climbing wall on what was the unused (and you gotta admit kinda ugly) part of the house. Super idea, and looks like fun for kiddos. Just make sure if you try this to put down protective flooring around.
Kid’s Cleaning Kit
Start with a bright little bucket or something with a handle. It will keep everything together and kids always love carrying things around. You could use anything you already have around the house, an old easter basket, something from your kitchen… get creative!
Homemade Neon Message
Tips for recreating your own neon love note:
* Sketch out your message and decide how many sticks you need.
* Buy a few more than you need because you’ll get some duds.
* Make sure you can attach them with clear tape and that it won’t damage the surface of the wall. Mine only peeled away at two spots because I was careful.
* Find the center of your word or phrase and then work your way out on either side.
* Use a tri-pod if you plan on photographing it.
* Make sure you don’t mind everyone else reading your message, too!
* Check your spelling. Haha!
