  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper chili flakes optional
  • 2 to 4 pieces of flatbread or naan
  • 1 1/2 cups diced rotisserie or leftover chicken
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 carrot cut into slivers (or use pre-shredded carrots)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into slivers
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapples diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Optional Toppings
  • chopped peanuts
  • fresh cilantro

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
