Suprise your family with this fun side dish – or make these for snacking!
Ingredients:
2 large yellow onion
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups panko breadcrumbs
4 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
canola oil
dipping sauce of choice (ketchup, ranch, etc.)
Did you know you can steam eggs? They are so much better than the rubbery version you get from boiling -Try it!
Colorful bins for storing little bits and pieces! Add a magnet to the underside to make them stick to your fridge if you like. 🙂
