Ingredients
- 6 ounce cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 5 ounce high-fat, European-style unsalted butter (at room temperature) about 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream (or more as needed)
- 312 gram all-purpose flour (about 2 ½ cups scooped & leveled, plus more as needed)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Dried Red Grapefruit Slices to Dress up a Gift
To dry grapefruit, cut in thin slices (¼ inch or less). Place the slices in a single layer on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet. Dry in a 250 degree oven for 2 ½ hours.
