ingredients:

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes –
  • 1/2 stick butter – room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar –
  • 1/2 cup white sugar –
  • 1/2 cup milk –
  • 2 eggs – lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg –
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon –
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract –
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice –
  • 1 teaspoon flour –
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder –
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust – thawed
