Gather:
1 ½ Tbl. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbl. olive oil
1 Tbl. butter
1 Tbl. Dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 dashes cayenne pepper
2 dashes salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. capers
3 lbs. fresh salmon fillets

Say good bye to Swimmer’s Ear… “Here is a simple way to get all of the water out of your ears after swimming! This is not expensive to do and you should have all of the ingredients in your home. This idea came from my doctor and I thought that I should share the idea. I use it every time I go for a swim. I would not use this product if you have an already existing ear infection.” Check with your doctor to see if he/she recommends this.

Recycle those old soda bottles. Cut the bottles as in drawing. Use wire with clamps at intervals. Start at the bottom – add clamps and second, third, fourth, (etc) bottles at regular intervals. Add a little bit of soil and your favorite plants, herbs or flowers.
