The idea of the game is to roll the five dice simultaneously, and to get a 6 – which is the ship, a 5 -which is the captain, and a 4 – which is the crew. The remaining two dice add up to make the “cargo”, which is the player’s point for the round.

Banana Bread Bottom Cheesecake
Two favorites in one – Yaasssss!!!
For the banana bread bottom
- 1/2 of an overripe banana
- 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice I prefer the confectioners variety, but any will work
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tbsp of melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp of almond flour
- 2 tbsp of flax meal
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
For the cheesecake filling
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
- 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice again I prefer the confectioners
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sour cream at room temp
- 1/4 cup heavy cream at room temp
- 1 egg
