*Updated suggestion* Prep bottom of pan with shortening and flour – for best results.
Bake the cookies on the bottom of a cupcake pan as shown. Bake til golden. Let cool, and carefully remove. Line the inside of cooled cookies with frosting – Either from the can or whip up a little milk and powdered sugar. Rinse and dry fruit, then put into cookie cup – yum!

Ingredients:
Banana Bread Bars:
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1-3/4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Brown Butter Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. milk
Put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes. via
