Bacon Broccoli Salad
We love this as a side dish – it’s so perfect for potlucks too!
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 2 heads of broccoli broken down into small florets
- ¾ lb bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces
- ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1½ cups red seedless grapes, halved
Copycat Mac and Cheese

- 1 16-ounce Package package of rigati pasta
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2½ cup milk
- 6 Slices white American cheese, sliced into thin strips
- 8 oz extra-sharp white Vermont cheddar, shredded
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
