Healthy No-bake Peanut Butter Crunchy Bars
Still got a sweet tooth, but need something healthy? Try this!
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 9.3 oz/240 grams
- 1 cup peanut butter can substitute for sunflower seed or soy nut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil can sub for grass fed butter
Fiesta Ranch Dip
Need a quick party dip? Check your pantry for these supplies!

- *1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip – (*reduce amount for less intense flavor)
- 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Cream Cheese Danish
Easy little bunches of goodness for your breakfast OR dessert!
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese at room temp.
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sour cream
- Optional: assorted jams and preserves or pie filling (raspberry, cherry, strawberry, apricot, blueberry, lemon, etc)
- Icing:
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp softened butter12
