Owl Cookies

- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large Eggland’s Best egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 12 whole cashews
- 24 striped chocolate kisses, unwrapped
- 24 semisweet chocolate chips
DIY Pop in the Toaster Tarts
Sweet!

Ingredients:
- 4 c chopped strawberries
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 stick cold unsalted butter, cubed
6 Tbsp shortening
6 Tbs ice water
1 egg, and 1 Tbsp milk (to be used later for egg wash)
Granola Triple Berry Crisp
I’d serve with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream OR BOTH!

Filling
- 3 cups strawberries, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
Topping
- 2 cups organic granola cereal
- 2 tablespoons almond butter

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking power
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar, for rolling (with a few shakes of cinnamon stirred in)
