- 1 jar pickle slices
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I didn’t have this so I improvised with Greek seasoning – stop laughing)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- Ranch dressing for dipping

I love fried pickles! And these sound like they won’t be greasy. I will definitely have to try this recipe.
Thank you for this recipe. I LOVE fried pickles. But if they are greasy, they are just nasty. This sounds really good. I will have to try these.
PS- I will have to leave out the hot sauce. My son on the other hand would probably eat them with the hot sauce. Nothing wrong with Greek seasoning. Never tried it, but you never know until you use it.
