Ingredients

  • 6 ounce cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 5 ounce high-fat, European-style unsalted butter (at room temperature) about 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream (or more as needed)
  • 312 gram all-purpose flour (about 2 ½ cups scooped & leveled, plus more as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

      1. Thank you. I am slowly getting better. This is the sixth day, but I am feeling better than I was. I will be glad to eat something good again and especially this cream cheese crust. Steak would be nice too! Lol.
