Cheesecake Fold-over Cookies

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter at room temperature
  • 1 packed cup of fresh cheese (tvorog)
  • ¼ cup sugar –
  • add ½ tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1½- 2 cups flour
Cheesecake Filling
  • ¾ cup fresh cheese (tvorog) or ricotta cheese
  • ½ packet cream cheese (4 oz)
  • ¼ cup sugar
Also
  • Sugar for sprinkling
