Let’s just be honest here – this is supposed to be a side dish – but I would for sure eat it as my main meal.
- 2 lbs petite red potatoes , diced into bite size chunks
- 2/3 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper (optional)
