Korean Sweet Pancakes

Can’t resist these sweet little pancakes!

MAIN

  • 1 & 1/4 cup (157 g, 5.5 ounces) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lukewarm milk
  • Some cooking oil

FILLINGS (MIX THESE WELL IN A BOWL)

  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 Tbsp crushed nuts of your choice (like walnuts, peanuts, almond slices or sunflower seeds)
