  •  scallion, sliced
  •  cloves garlic, finely chopped
  •  1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  •  1/4 cup chopped parsley
  •  tbsp fresh chopped oregano
  •  cup panko bread crumbs
  •  large eggs, beaten
  •  olive oil, for pan frying
  •  salt
  •  black pepper
