If you’re garden is producing – then you probably have an over abundance of zucchini. Use the extras to make brownies!

- BROWNIES:
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-4 Tablespoons water
- FROSTING:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup milk
- pinch of salt
