Broccoli Fritters with Smokey Red Pepper Buffalo Cheddar Dip

Snack time – here I come!! This is a vegan recipe – feel free to adjust it to your liking 🙂


  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut into mini-florets & stems diced
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp ground golden flax
  • 1/4 cup flour, gluten free if needed
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small carrot, minced (~1/3 cup)
  • oil to fry
