Cranberry Rosemary Muffins

Top with a white chocolate crumble – delicious!!

  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 3 large springs fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup (100ml) canola oil
  • 1/2 cup (160g) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream or full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60g) light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
