- 3/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or almond slices; toasted
- 1/2 cup pecan halves

- 1 cup mayo
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
