Cheddar Chive Scones

Skip the boring dinner roll and serve up these triangular treats!

  • 2 1/2 cups AP flour
  • Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated (reserve 2 Tbsp for sprinkling over the top)
  • 1/2 cup chives, minced
  • cups heavy cream (+ 2 Tbsp for brushing)
  • flaky sea salt (or your favorite finishing salt)
