BROWNIE BASE

MINT FROSTING
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter softened to room temp
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 drops liquid or gel food coloring
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
