Crunchy Roasted Edamame Beans

For ease – buy your edamames already shelled in the freezer aisle!


  1. 2 cups frozen, shelled edamame cooked according to package directions, and cooled.
  2. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  3. 1 Tbsp coconut oil in liquid state (might have to microwave it)
  4. kosher salt
