White Cheddar Bacon and Apple Biscuits

So many flavors in one little biscuit – love it!

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt (Kosher or Table Salt)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Very Cold
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
  • 1 medium-sized apple, peeled and chopped (small dice)
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Cup + 4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream; Divided
