I’m always thinking how can I get more chia and flax seeds into my diet – here’s a way!

  • 1 packed cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup oats, dry, uncooked
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
