- 1/4 cup Confectioners’ sugar
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 2 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 9 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 7 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup Milk
