- 4 Cups Sourdough Bread, Cubed – if using large sliced sourdough, this is about 5-7 pieces
- 2 T Butter, Melted
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Fresh Garlic or 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley, Optional
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning, Optional
- 1 T Parmesan Cheese, Grated
