Honey Granola

Good stuff – right here, folks!!

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup raw nuts
1/2 cup raw seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 melted coconut oil (virgin coconut oil is preferred)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried fruit/chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut flakes
