- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- egg for egg wash
- For Sandwich
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes, sliced
- English cucumber, sliced
- Green, red or orange bell pepper, sliced
- Fresh spinach chopped

- 3 eggs
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced on a diagonal, plus more for garnishing
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- ½ pound whole wheat spaghetti, cooked, cold from the fridge
- About 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, for frying
- Marinara sauce, for serving

- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper chili flakes optional
- 2 to 4 pieces of flatbread or naan
- 1 1/2 cups diced rotisserie or leftover chicken

- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into slivers
