1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cornstarch Slurry:
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
