This one is always welcome at our get-together!

- 4 tomatoes, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16-oz) container reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 large can olives, drained and sliced
- 1-2 (16-oz) cans fat free refried beans
- 3 ripe avocados, mashed and seasoned how you like
- 1-2 cups grated Cheddar Jack cheese
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped

- 1 pot roast (about 2 pounds)
- 2 russet potatoes, chopped
- 1 bag frozen seasoning blend (or just chopped onions)
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 bag frozen green beans
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 1 (32 oz) beef broth

Here’s a great way to use up leftover turkey!

- 1 Box Refrigerated pie crusts, softened
- 1/3 C butter or margarine
- 1/3 C chopped onion
- 1/3 C all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp sal
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can 14oz chicken broth
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 1/2 C shredded cooked turkey
- 2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
