- 2 packages Hillshire Farm Beef Kielbasa
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
- 1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix

- 24 oz whole button mushrooms
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 TBSP of butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tsp parsley
- a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 pound cooked diced ham
- 2 (10.75-oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
- 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

- 1 small yellow onion chopped (1 cup)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5) can beef broth
- 2 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white or brown rice (I’ve tried and like both)
- Cheddar or mozzarella cheese, for serving (optional)
