The secret is out – Buttermilk makes fried chicken better!

1 quart buttermilk
8-10 chicken pieces (drum sticks, breast, thighs)
3 eggs
1/3 cup water
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1 packed of dry ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
Peanut Oil, for frying
extra salt and pepper for taste

- Egg

- 6 small bone-in skin on chicken thighs
- 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
