- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup Gluten Free BBQ Sauce (or any BBQ sauce if not GF)
- 1 cup Gluten Free Beef Broth (or regular beef broth if not GF)
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- Provolone Cheese
- Gluten Free Buns (or regular buns if not GF)

- 1 cup water
- 2 envelope taco seasoning
- 15 ounces black beans rinsed and drained (1 can)
- 29 ounces Mexican diced tomatoes undrained (2 cans, 14.5 ounces each) (Rotel Mexican)
- 9 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- 16 ounces refried beans (1 can)
- 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
