Bake’em so they’re not as fatty!
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
15 egg roll wraps
1-2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
2-3 tbsp sweet and sour sauce (for dipping)
Note: I would adjust this by adding a little bit of crab meat – YUM!

2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
3 thick slices bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large shallots, thinly chopped
6 eggs
½ cup gruyere, 4 ounces
1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
salt and pepper
¼ cup goat cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
