- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

Eggs, bacon and cheese in pie form. Yep – you know it’s good!

- 1 Prepared Pie Crust
- 5 Slices Bacon
- 1/2 Onion (sliced thin)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 3/4 Cups Heavy Cream
- Pinch Nutmeg (about 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 Cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)

- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 12 ounces wild mushrooms, roughly torn

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup basil pesto, homemade or store bought
- 1 box no-boil lasagna noodles
