Just like grandma use to make!

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk

Dinner in 30 minutes! Yes!

- Approx. 1.5 – 2lbs fresh salmon (this recipe works really well with thick pieces)
- 1 can organic Thai kitchen coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoons ghee
- 1 Tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 Teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ Teaspoon ground black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tablespoons capers
- 3 slices fresh lemon, halved
- 3 sprigs fresh dill
