Winner, winner, chicken crisper!

Chipotle honey sauce
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Batter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Breading
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Chicken
- 12 chicken tenderloins
- 6-8 cups vegetable or peanut oil
- Salt

- Straight edge, we used a cut piece of aluminum laying around but a ruler would be good.

65 to 75 lil’ smokies
mustard cheese sauce:
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablspoons ap flour
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
8 ounces white cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10-ounce can) Ro*Tel® Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

- 2 ½ Tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
