East coast and far east?! What a combo!!!
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 pound boneless rib eye steak sliced or coarsely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices provolone cheese
12 egg roll wrappers
oil for frying
ranch for dipping optional

Here’s a wonderful combo for dinner!
1 lb bulk sausage (spicy, breakfast, italian, etc)
1 8oz brick of cream cheese, softened
1 can rotel (or diced tomatoes)
Orange peppers cut in half and cleaned
Bake the cut peppers for 30 min at 350 degrees before filling with the sausage dip then bake for about 10 min more.

For spicy lemon salt : combine 1/4 cup of coarse salt, 3/4 teaspoons chili flakes and 1 tablespoon dried lemon zest. Grind it together until you are happy with the texture and fill it into an 80ml glass jar.

8- ounce block (227 grams) cheddar cheese, shredded
8- ounce block (227 grams) monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
2/3 – 1 cup (230 grams) mayonnaise
1 4-ounce jar (113 grams) pimento, chopped and drained, reserving liquid in a bowl
2 boxes (about 30 total) mini fillo shells
pimento cheese or a 12-ounce container of store bought plain pimento cheese
1 jar pepper jelly
6-8 strips bacon, cooked & broken into small pieces
